We operate the website www.earthe.eco and the Earthe App (together, the “Services”). The Services connect consumers, brands and verified environmental and social projects through rewards, loyalty offers, progress tracking and the EARTHE Registry.

- Identity and contact data: name, email address, phone number, username, account details, birthday.
- Location and technical data: IP address, approximate or precise location (if you enable it), browser type, device information, operating system, and usage data.
- Profile and activity data: preferences, eco-project choices, reward and loyalty activity, progress tracking, offers redeemed or viewed, and any content you submit (e.g. feedback or reviews).

We do not intentionally collect special-category (sensitive) data.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by posting the revised version on the website/App and, where appropriate, by email. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy where permitted by law.
